I am super proud of this guy. Between these photos, I have been working with Luis for 6 months. Weight lost is 5.3kg, however a massive body recomposition of losing just under 15% body fat. Increased lean body mass over 10kg and lost over 15kg of fat. This is absolutely awesome!

In this time he has consistently lost body fat and weight at a healthy pace, while also slowly building lean body mass and increasing strength. He was never a ‘massive’ guy but still wanted to achieve his goals which involved losing some body fat and some weight to feel more confident within himself. This was very achievable in the timeframe we put together for him to get to the healthy, realistic numbers he was after. The more challenging part of his journey was always going to be consistency with his eating following specific macro targets daily.

Following 90% compliance over months, it allowed us to see how his body responded to the amount of food he was eating, and we could create some flexibility. Welcome, flexible dieting. He can eat the foods he loves in moderation and not lose progress. He enjoys both lifting weights and doing a weekly bike ride rather than feeling like he ‘must’ do fasted cardio everyday. We found out his metabolic rate and acted accordingly, putting him in a weekly deficit.

Luis is yet to hit a plateau and when he does, we will act accordingly. His results are from his effort and consistency to his goals and deserves everything great that comes his way.
